Discipline, Monitoring and Evaluation Committee

Upholding the statutes, following up programmes and evaluating performance fairly.

Committee 06 / 13

Mandate and missions

The Discipline, Monitoring and Evaluation Committee combines three complementary functions. It ensures respect for the statutes and internal rules and has the final say in disciplinary matters (art. 54), within the framework of Article 13 on loss of membership and the procedures set by the internal rules.

It follows up the implementation of decisions and adopted programmes, and evaluates the work of committees and coordinations against clear indicators, together with the monitoring and evaluation officer of the National Executive Bureau. Its monthly report goes to the National Executive Bureau, which decides on its monitoring and evaluation recommendations.

  • Ensure members and structures respect the statutes and internal rules.
  • Examine and rule on disciplinary cases referred to it under the internal rules (art. 54).
  • Follow up the implementation of governing-body decisions and adopted work programmes.
  • Develop indicators to evaluate the work of committees and wilaya coordinations.
  • Produce periodic evaluation reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor members’ attendance at meetings in line with Article 13.
