Mandate and missions
The Programming and Planning Committee turns the objectives of Article 5 and the general direction set by the General Assembly into scheduled programmes. It proposes the annual programme, sets the calendar of national activities and keeps the programmes of committees and wilaya coordinations consistent.
It works with the programming and planning officer of the National Executive Bureau, contributes to the Bureau’s work programme (art. 31) and provides implementation indicators to the Discipline, Monitoring and Evaluation Committee. Approved activities appear in the website’s “Agenda”; its monthly report goes to the National Executive Bureau.
- Draft the annual programme based on the Bloc’s objectives and the General Assembly’s guidance.
- Set the calendar of national activities and keep the agenda up to date.
- Consolidate committee and wilaya programmes and keep them consistent.
- Define priorities, deadlines and resources for each activity.
- Prepare the calendar of national and international days the Bloc observes.
- Provide implementation indicators to the Discipline, Monitoring and Evaluation Committee.
