Financial and Administrative Committee
Transparent financial and administrative management that follows the law and stays open to audit.

Mandate and missions
The Financial and Administrative Committee helps the governing bodies manage resources and expenditure under the financial provisions of the statutes: members’ dues paid directly into the institution’s account, income from activities and assets, gifts and bequests, and fundraising proceeds (art. 48), with all resources held in a single bank account (art. 49).
It supports the treasurer in preparing financial reports and the annual draft budget (art. 39), facilitates the work of the statutory auditor (art. 52) and oversight bodies (art. 53), and ensures that no funds are received from foreign NGOs outside the legal framework (art. 50). Its monthly report goes to the National Executive Bureau.
- Help prepare the annual draft budget and monitor its execution.
- Track dues collection and the recording of resources in the single bank account.
- Ensure double-entry bookkeeping and provide records to the statutory auditor.
- Prepare the financial report submitted to the governing bodies for approval.
- Organise the administrative archives and the inventory of movable and real property.
- Check that every source of funding complies with Article 50 of the statutes.
