Wildfires: Bloc stands with affected wilayas and salutes the army and Civil Protection

Statement of solidarity and position by the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc
The Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc extends its sincere solidarity and sympathy to the residents of the wilayas affected by the wave of wildfires that has hit several parts of the country, foremost among them Guelma, Skikda, El Tarf, Béjaïa, Annaba, Souk Ahras, Jijel, Mila, Constantine, Bouira, Médéa, Sétif, Tizi Ouzou and Mascara, and salutes the resilience of citizens in all the wilayas where fires broke out and were brought under control by the specialised teams.
As we follow these painful events, we ask: are these simply fires caused by harsh climatic conditions, or is someone trying to exploit the situation to undermine Algeria's security and stability and unsettle its institutions? It is a legitimate question, and the answer lies with the competent security and judicial authorities, in whose ability to uncover the full truth we have every confidence.
We proudly salute the People's National Army, Civil Protection, the various security services, forest rangers and all the volunteers and citizens who rose as one to fight the flames, confirming once again that Algeria's strength lies in the unity of its people and the cohesion of its institutions.
The Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc calls for heightened national vigilance, rallying around State institutions, rejecting rumours and all attempts to sow discord, and providing every form of support to affected families so that these wilayas can overcome their ordeal as soon as possible.
May God protect Algeria, have mercy on the victims of the fires, heal the injured and keep our nation from all harm.
One Homeland, One Nation, One History, One Destiny
