Bloc president congratulates Omar Fellah on the Bloc's electoral success in Aïn Defla

Well-deserved congratulations to our brother Omar Fellah

It is with great pride that I extend my warmest congratulations to our brother Omar Fellah on the political success he has achieved in the wilaya of Aïn Defla, a success that was no accident but the fruit of years of fieldwork, careful organisation and faith in a political project.

Successive election results, in the 2021 and 2026 legislative elections, have shown that real leadership is measured by achievements, not by media exposure. Under his supervision, the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc achieved a distinctive electoral presence, crowned this time by two seats in the People's National Assembly through MPs Hamid Bidaoui and Sami Boukritaoui, after having already brought MP Kamel Aouissat into Parliament in the previous election.

The Bloc also strengthened its local standing with four mayors and representation in the Wilaya People's Assembly, reflecting the growth of its popular base and citizens' trust in its people and programme.

What our brother Omar Fellah has achieved confirms that political success is built on hard work, the right choice of competent people and commitment to serving citizens, not on media noise. He has become one of the respected names on the political scene in Aïn Defla, and his experience deserves praise and study.

Congratulations to Omar Fellah and to all the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc's activists in Aïn Defla, with our sincere wishes for continued success in serving the wilaya and the nation with dedication and responsibility.
