It gives me pleasure to extend to you, personally and on behalf of the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc, my sincere congratulations on the honourable results achieved by your party in the 2026 People's National Assembly elections, with 73 parliamentary seats, a political achievement that reflects the trust of a broad section of voters in your programme and vision and confirms the standing of the National Rally for Democracy on the national political scene.

This victory was no accident; it is the fruit of organised fieldwork, sustained effort and an active political presence, which makes it a well-earned gain and places on the party a greater responsibility to help improve parliamentary work and serve the nation's higher interests.

We hope that the coming period will be an opportunity to strengthen the culture of dialogue and cooperation among political actors, in support of Algeria's stability, democratic practice and citizens' aspirations.
