By official invitation… Dr Abdallah Khalifa will lead the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc delegation to the 5th congress of the Union of Students of Saguia el-Hamra and Río de Oro (UESARIO).

It is with pride that Dr Abdallah Khalifa, in charge of students and scientific research at the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc, Mr Abdelkader Khenniche, in charge of information, communication and media relations, and Mr Kacem Kebbani, in charge of cybersecurity and digital systems protection, have received official invitations to take part in the 5th UESARIO congress and the international meeting in solidarity with the Sahrawi people, to be held in the Sahrawi refugee camps in Tindouf in August 2026.

These invitations reflect the trust placed in the Bloc's talent and its growing presence in national and international forums, through its contributions to scientific research, media, cybersecurity and civic action.

We warmly thank the organisers for these kind invitations and wish Dr Abdallah Khalifa, Mr Abdelkader Khenniche and Mr Kacem Kebbani every success in representing the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc, strengthening dialogue, sharing experience and serving just causes and the values of solidarity and cooperation.
