Independence Day: for the Bloc, the message of 5 July lives on through strong institutions and unity

5 July… a day of loyalty to the Revolution and of renewing our pledge to Algeria.

On this glorious day, we proudly remember the sacrifices of the millions of martyrs who brought about the dawn of freedom and wrote the epic of independence with their pure blood, so that Algeria would remain a free, sovereign, united and dignified State.

The Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc believes that the message of independence did not end with the departure of the coloniser; it continues today through building strong institutions, consolidating the rule of law, safeguarding national unity, encouraging talent, serving citizens and defending the nation's higher interests.

On this immortal occasion, we renew our pledge to pursue responsible national action and to strengthen the values of solidarity, dialogue and participation, in the belief that a strong Algeria is built by the hands of its devoted sons and daughters.

Glory and eternity to our righteous martyrs, mercy upon the moudjahidine who have passed away, and may God keep Algeria safe, stable and prosperous.
