Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc congratulates Zahia Benkara on her election as an MP for Mila

The Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc extends its warmest congratulations to Ms Zahia Benkara on winning a seat in the People's National Assembly for the wilaya of Mila, a well-deserved victory that reflects citizens' trust in competence, integrity and hard work.

The Bloc supported Ms Benkara's candidacy out of its conviction that national talent and women must be enabled to contribute to decision-making and serve citizens within elected institutions.

We also thank all the Bloc's activists, cadres and members, and all citizens who chose competence and placed their trust in someone they believe can represent them and defend their concerns.

This victory is a great responsibility, and we are confident that Ms Zahia Benkara will live up to the trust of the people of Mila and work diligently and sincerely to defend the wilaya's interests and serve Algeria.
