Adrar office coordinator Meriem Fetati gives radio guidance to 2026 baccalaureate candidates

The coordinator of the Adrar office, Ms Meriem Fetati, took part in a radio guidance programme devoted to supporting pupils about to sit the baccalaureate examination, offering advice for the day before the exam, the night before and the exam day itself.
Ms Fetati addressed the psychological, cognitive and methodological aspects that can help candidates perform at their best, stressing self-confidence, organised revision, adequate rest and sleep, and managing stress and anxiety.
The programme also included guidance for parents on how best to support their children during this sensitive period, by providing a calm and supportive family environment and offering encouragement without pressure that might affect candidates' concentration.
This media contribution is part of efforts to support pupils and accompany them towards success and excellence.
Good luck to all 2026 baccalaureate candidates.
