Bloc congratulates adviser Fayez Benadouane on his master's in transparency and anti-corruption

The Media and Communication Service of the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc extends its warmest congratulations to Mr Fayez Benadouane, the Bloc's adviser on governance, transparency and anti-corruption, on graduating with a master's degree in transparency and anti-corruption with an excellent grade (19/20), together with his colleague Mr Youcef Benhaddad.
This achievement crowns the defence of a thesis entitled "The role of the performance index – Nazaha as a mechanism for preventing and combating corruption in Algeria", a valuable academic contribution to promoting good governance and the principles of transparency, integrity and anti-corruption.
The thesis was defended before a specialised committee chaired by Professor Abdelmalek Hamoumou, with Professor Brahim Hammour as member, under the supervision of Professor Faycal Ouahab, and with Professor Djamel Remini as examiner; it earned the committee's praise.
Proud of this honourable achievement, the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc thanks the supervising professors, the committee members and all the academic staff who trained and supported the student researchers, commending their efforts in developing national talent able to serve the nation and strengthen its institutions.
This success reflects the high academic standard of Algerian youth and underlines the importance of investing in scientific research as a lever for integrity, transparency and good governance, in support of building a strong and modern state.
Congratulations to Mr Fayez Benadouane, with our best wishes for continued success in his academic and professional career and in placing his expertise at the service of the nation and the public interest.
Glory and eternity to our righteous martyrs.
Long live a free and proud Algeria.
