Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc wilaya delegate Mohamed Boughalia meets Youth Minister Mustapha Hidaoui

On the evening of Tuesday 19 May 2026, Mr Mohamed Boughalia, wilaya delegate of the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc, had the honour of attending a meeting with Mr Mustapha Hidaoui at the headquarters of the Ministry of Youth, in an atmosphere of responsible dialogue and mutual respect.

The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss a number of youth-related issues and ways to strengthen young people's active participation in public life, enabling them to play their role in serving the nation and to embed the values of citizenship and initiative.

Mr Boughalia thanked the Minister for his warm welcome and hospitality, commending the efforts made to support and accompany young people, contributing to youth work, national development and the service of Algeria.
