Biskra: Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc installs its first municipal office in Oumache

The first municipal office of the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc was installed today in Oumache, chaired by Ms Fatima Zohra Djoudi. Thanks go to all members of the Bloc's wilaya office, each in their own role.

The occasion offered an opportunity to meet residents, listen to their concerns and discuss the importance of citizenship, community work and civil-society activities as a link between citizens and State institutions.
